Beautiful gold tone snake necklace accented with pendant hanging. Napier was started in the 1800"s when they were made for men's watches. The company grew as a jewelry maker over time. They were always fashion forward with famous personalities like Marilyn Monroe & Grace Kelly. During WW 2 Napier had restrictions on making jewelry, and helped the war effort. The company was bought out by Nine West Holdings. They were known for their bold, chunky jewelry. Every piece will always have a Napier stamp. The company closed in 1999. Necklace is14.50 " L.
